ADB Records Management

Records management is beneficial to all organizations as it helps them maintain business continuity and accountability as well as accessibility and security of information. Through this course, staff will learn their role and responsibilities in ADB records management in accordance with AO 4.08. In simple terms, this course is about the what, who, when, where and how of the records life cycle. Staff will learn what information they should keep; who should have access to these records; until when should these records be kept; where should these records be kept; and how should these records be organized, preserved or disposed.
